Red Deer Pet First Aid is a division of Rhino Integrated Safety Services Ltd. a local and family run business in Red Deer. We proudly offer the Walks ‘N’ Wags Pet First Aid Course.

About the Instructor: Pam Pennington-Connelly

Pam joined the family business, Rhino Integrated Safety Services Ltd. in 2014 as a certified Canadian Red Cross First Aid Instructor and shortly after that, a certified Walks ‘N’ Wags Pet First Aid Instructor. Pam has been employed in the veterinary profession since 2004 and graduated as an Animal Health Technologist in 2008 from Olds College. She has always been passionate about education, prevention, and community involvement. She often represents Dog & Cat Hospital at various community events and tradeshows, organizes school tours and presentations, and in her spare time volunteers at the Red Deer & District SPCA.

Pam founded Toby’s Cause Animal Education in 2010 and has been visiting schools in the Red Deer area eversince. Toby’s Cause Animal Education is a program designed to educate children about the veterinary profession, veterinary care and responsible pet ownership.
